Mission statement

SCA is committed to providing the basic necessities of clothing, diapers, & hygiene products for local families in need with children birth to five years of age residing in Scott County, Minnesota.

Who we are

Established as a 501.c.3 non-profit organization in Minnesota in 2014. We are a volunteer run program.

Partnership

The demand for diapers and quality children’s clothing continues to skyrocket.  1 in 2 U.S. families with young children cannot afford enough diapers to keep their infant or child clean, dry, and healthy.  We depend on Diaper Bank Minnesota, the National Diaper Bank Network, as well as the strength of our community—churches, civic groups, and generous individuals—whose financial contributions and product donations help us meet this increasing need.

Guiding principles

We strive to be a Relational Ministry and not merely a transactional one.  We truly care about the needs of our clients and want to hear their stories.

  • We are a Christ led Ministry.  We are here because we love our neighbors and our work with them.

  • We partner freely with other, like-minded organizations.

  • We are ministers to our community at no cost to the people we serve.

By the numbers

  • 300 families served each month
